A: Whatever software you used to download movies before the download began it shoud had asked where do you want to save files. To find a missing file/'s, you can try using the Search feature located under the Start menu in Windows or the Finder feature on a Mac computer. If you fail to find files on your computer, please download them again from the Account.
Q: I am a little frustrated with your whole download procedure. Is it normal that the downloading process took me 3 hours per one download? Please advise.
A: In average it takes about 60 - 120 minutes to one to download a movie. Download time depends on the size of the file, your equipment and the speed of your Internet connection. We strongly recommend you to use FlashGet or Folx download manager which you can find in the Help section of the website. These managers will help you to increase better speed they also support the downloads resume option.
Q: How do I burn your films on CD\DVDs?
A: There are many different software programs you can use to copy a movie to a CD\DVD. When you're burning files on DVD with Nero, burn them as regular data files, do not choose "DVD Video" media type when asked. Use "ISO DVD" or "Data DVD" instead. Your player must support MPEG4/DivX/XviD video playback in order you can watch them.
Q: I have opened the movie file and it goes without sound! The audio track is missing? What's wrong?
A: One of the most common reasons for audio missing from playback with files is that the audio is in AC3 format and you do not have an AC3 Filter installed. If you are running Microsoft Windows 98SE, Me, 2000, XP, 2003 or Vista, please download and install the codec pack from the Help section of the website (free of charge). If you happen to be a Mac user, you have to update the Perian components for QuickTime which you can also find in the Help section.
Q: I want to watch movies on my iPod/Iphone. What do I need to do?
A: If you want to watch movies only on your iPod, iPhone or BlackBerry, we recommend you to choose an iPod movie version which is an MP4 file, otherwise you'll have to convert DVD, DivX, PDA and Hi-Def versions manually in order the files being playable on your portable device.
